Seamus Callaghan
Seamus Callaghan began his career in the diving industry as a sales clerk at a local dive store in Downey, California, January 1985. In 1986, at the age of 19, he became an Advanced Open Water Instructor and fulfilled the roll as store manager. By 1990 he was part owner of the store and had worked to run a 20 room complex dive resort in the Turks & Caicos Islands. He moved on from dive retail in 1992.

After returning to the Mainland in 1993, he began working as the National Sales Manager of a Huntington Beach based manufacturer of Buoyancy Compensators. In 1995, he started his independent sales agency and amongst others companies, became the West Coast representative of Uwatec, the US distributor of Drager re-breathers.

As one of the first Instructor Trainers with TDI and working with Drager, he spent the next 5 years traveling up and down the West Coast and over to Hawaii, teaching rebreather courses and introducing them to dive stores throughout the region.

Today, he works with Henderson Aquatics and Stahlsac Dive Luggage as a regional sales representative and also Atomic Aquatics as their National Sales Manager.

He is now very excited to add to his portfolio, the KISS rebreathers from Jetsam Technologies. He likes the innovative design, quality and simplicity of the products, and combined with price point, he feels this makes them the most likely CCR product in the industry to succeed in penetrating the recreational market.
